ABOUT

Kim has over 25 years experience as a senior HR executive in global organizations and extensive experience in the retail, manufacturing, industrial/wholesale distribution sectors and, financial services. Prior to her current role at Wolseley Canada, Kim was a partner at Odgers Berndtson supporting their executive search and human capital practice. 

 

Throughout her career, she has been responsible for managing national and international HR teams across Canada, the U.S., Europe and Asia. Her key areas of expertise include: assessment, talent management, leadership development, coaching, organizational design, total rewards, labour relations, project management and process re-engineering, as well as the design and implementation of operating models.

 

Kim held HR leadership roles with D+ H (purchased by Finastra), Home Depot Canada, CIBC, Bombardier Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney Canada and a large, privately held family run business. She is currently the VP, HR at Wolseley Canada (a subsidiary of Ferguson PLC). 

 

Kim has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations/Human Resources from l’Universitede Montreal and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University. She also has a Master’s Certificate as a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC.
